| Brockdish This project enhanced the appearance of Brockdish Village Hall by providing a laminated wooden floor. The project was completed to a high standard within the timescale originally specified. The official opening on 15th April 2000 was performed by the leader of South Norfolk District Council and Mr John McGregor MP. The ribbon was cut by the oldest living resident of Brockdish, Mrs Long, and the opening was covered by Anglia Television. The involvement of Norfolk Environmental Waste Services Ltd (NEWS) and EPA was recognised by John McGregor and was commemorated by a plaque in the hall. |
